Know How to Export & Import Outlook Contacts

vCard Magic Software is a dynamic software to perform two task:

• Export Outlook Contacts to Vcard Files
• Import vCard Files to Outlook Contacts

How to Export Outlook Contacts to vCard?

Install the Trial version of vCard Magic & navigate to Start » Programs » vCard Magic » vCard Magic. Software will display the below startup screen:

Now if you need to convert or export Outlook Contacts to vCard, then select I want to Export Outlook Contacts to vCard file(s) option.

After this click on Select... button to select PST files. Then software will display Please Select a Contacts Folder screen as shown below:

Select the Outlook Contacts folder to be converted to vCard file, Select the path to save the converted vCard files and click on OK. After this click on Export Outlook Contacts button. Software will start exporting Outlook contacts to vCard files as shown below:

How to Import vCards to Outlook Contacts?

While importing vCard files to Outlook contacts choose I wnat to Import vCard Files(s) to Outlook option as shown below:

Then Click on Select button to select the folder where you have put all the vcf files.

Note: Please ensure before selecting the folder that the folder only includes vCard or VCF files.

Click on Select button. Then software will display Browse for Folder window as follows:

Select the folder containing all VCF files and click on OK.The software will dispaly message box regarding the number of VCF files in the selcted folder as shown below:

Click on OK button, then software will display following screen:

Click on Select button to select the PST archive where vcard files will be saved. Then after selecting the PST archive, click on Import vCard to Outlook button. after this software will start converting vCard files to Outlook.
